"We are the ones who make a brighter day" Giving Back (Money donation is one way?)
Today when I was You-tubing, I came across one of the classic song called "We Are The World". It was my first time hearing this song in English, because it was the version sang in Mandarin and Cantonese that came across my ears most when I grew up. I was stunned when I realized that this song was written by Micheal Jackson and Lionel Richie. Although I might not be the best person to judge Micheal's history and his character, but based on his news, I just couldn't believe the simple yet powerful lyrics was one of his piece.
This song really have enlightened me to write this post, especially the line, "We are the ones who make a brighter day so let's start giving" really hit me hard. I was so emotionally moved by this sentence, thinking that although I have involved, devoted my time, energy and strength to help others, but its not enough.
More importantly, the only way I will feel enough is to voice out my feelings, reaching out to as many as possible and allow more and more people to realize and acknowledge the needs societies have, and the individual ability to give back.
Each of us might have already had an opportunity to give back by either physically helping or a small donation. But anyone of you ever wonder how these money will be used? Hmm... I guess this is the question at this point. We should ask ourselves whether a small donation such as the changes after your purchase of your LV/Gucci purse, is enough to help? Does this really show your love and support, or is it just another way to make you and others to have a better impression of you?
The truth is, a lot of us do it more because of a recognition of some sort rather than really helping, giving and serving with all their heart and soul. (no offense) But when you guys think of it, and ask if I have point out the truths, because these kind of thoughts even came across my mind a few times.
People, money is a good resource, it can provide to a lot of people with immediate help, but its not enough. We have to lead by example and actually try to reach out to the community. If you do not agree to what I wrote, then think of it this way. What difference does this thinking make to those wealthy parents giving their children unlimited credit card because they cannot spend time caring their children. How would the child think? What does the child ever wanted? Money
? Well ofcause, but is that it? Does he/she want all those he/she bought? I guess you can get my point here.
Love and care. We can say all we want, we can say more much we love helping the community, how much passion we have, but if no action taken, or there has been, but minimal, then those unfortunates are like the children of the wealthy parents. Losing quality time spent. Those unfortunate need quality time spending with those who really care and love them.

Movies related to Autism
I have spent some time looking over movies related to autism, and would like to know how have society view this neurological disorder. What was so intriguing is that there are a quite a few big productions.
Examples INCLUDE:
Autism is a World
This is really one of the emotionally moving documentaries. Think of your child or one of your family members being autistic? Put yourself into other's shoes and think of their lives. What they go through!
I myself being a volunteer can totally understand one thing. That autism is not something I can understand because I volunteered, took care of my autistic buddies as an outsider. Meaning although we have feelings for these kids, and we truly want them to enjoy life and all. But we will never understand what they go through, because the bottom line is the unique experience we lack.
Not saying we have to be an autistic individual in order to understand them. The important thing is not the matter of understanding. But the amount of love you have for them. There is no need for thorough understanding once love is present.
Rain Man
Autism: Musical
I really need to purchase this movie. Just the preview has drawn me into it.
